Hire Agreement Terms and Conditions
At Melbourne Wishing Wells, our team are dedicated to providing you with the best quality products alongside a fine service to ensure that you are left blissful on your special day. Below is an outline of the terms and conditions to assist you in ensuring that the outline of the booking is understood.

Booking Your Hire Items
Once you have decided on a Wishing Well or Bird Cage and if you would like any specific decor, the next step is to contact us and make a reservation. This can be done via our online booking form. We advise that you book at least 1 month before your event date to avoid missing out on booking your desired Wishing Well or Bird Cage. Of course last minute bookings can also be made depending on availability.

Full payment is due within 14 days of booking your item.

The deposit and hire fee are due at the time of your payment via electronic funds transfer or cash. All hires require a $100-150 deposit. Deposits will be refunded in cash or bank transfer upon the safe return of the Wishing Well or Bird Cage.
We will refund your full deposit when the Wishing Well or Bird Cage is returned on time in its original packaging and in good condition. Deposits cannot be refunded if:

- it is not returned in its original packaging
- it is damaged or marked
- it is returned minus any decorations that may have been included in the hire
- it is returned late (kept longer than the return date) without previous notice

Please note: You may add your own decorations as long as they are not pinned, tacked or stuck onto the Wishing Well or Bird Cage.

Pick Up and Return
You can pick up your item in the weekdays prior to your event date. You may choose to return the Wishing Well or Bird Cage on the following Monday or Tuesday. We ask that you schedule your pickup/ drop off time to ensure that we will be available for your collection.

In the aim of making your special occasion as hassle
free as possible, we offer the option of delivery to the venue. Costs are available upon request.

We are aware that plans do change. If you cancel your booking within 14 days of the booking date you will forfeit your deposit.
